STANDARD CULTURE LIMITATION
Observing exocytosis events at the apical membrane of adherent cells can be challenging by TIRFM, due to the distance between the apical membrane and the glass coverslip.
EXOCYTOSIS ASSAY
Using 4Dcell cell confinement system, cells are confined between two surfaces enabling an easy observation of the mechanisms at the apical membrane.
